TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to all our Terms & Conditions and information on this page. We reserve the right to change any information on the ranchodesigns.com.au website at any time. 

PAYMENTS

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Mastercard
  • PayPal

Unless otherwise specified, all amounts shown on the ranchodesigns.com.au website are in Australian dollars.

COLOURS

Rancho cannot guarantee that your monitors display of colour will match the colour exactly. Every effort has been made to represent the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible.

WARRANTY

  • All Rancho items are covered by a 6month warranty from your date of purchase. We will repair, replace or refund faulty items. A copy of proof of purchase is required in order to do so.
  • Our warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, stains, marks or tears caused by neglect are not covered by our warranty.
  • If you purchase directly from us on-line we can just look up your details in our system. If you purchase via one of our stockists be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase
  • All warranty claims require a copy of proof of purchase
  • Rancho items are not made for "heavy duty" usage. Treat your item with love and care.

 

 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

  • Rancho offers free shipping to all Australian address for all online orders
  • Please allow between 2 -7 business days for delivery from dispatch.
  • Your order will be delivered by the most appropriate service as nominated by Rancho during the business week.
  • Rancho will use either Australia post or TNT as a chosen carrier to deliver your order.
  • Please note orders will be left if the delivery address is unattended and the parcel may be left in a location deemed safe by the driver. If the parcel can not be left redelivery will be arranged.
  • To ensure a speedy delivery provide instructions in the comments section of the checkout when ordering.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International Shipping rate is a flat $25.00 to all international addresses for all orders.
  • Please allow 7 -14 business days for delivery from dispatch.
  • International orders will be delivered by TNT, Fed-X or Australia Post international. Should you not be present to receive the shipment a redelivery fee of $25.00 will apply.
  • A tracking number will be issued via e-mail which will enable you to track the progress of your parcel.
  • FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE – orders over $300

 

 

DUTIES and TAXES on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

GST & TAXES

All purchases delivered within Australia incur the standard government Goods and Services Tax (GST).  All prices listed at www.ranchodesigns.com.au include GST. Purchases shipped to international address are exempt from Australian taxes (10% GST).  For international orders, the prices listed do not include any overseas duties, customs or import charges which may appliy depending on the country.  Any additional charges will beat the expense of the recipient and will not be covered by Ranchodesigns. The customer may incue these charges at any time up to 24 months after the goods are purchased.

  • All prices at ranchodesigns.com.au are in Australian Dollars(AUD) orders being sent oversea are exempt from Australian taxes(GST). The prices listed on the website include GST but do not include any other overseas duties or customs charges which may apply (country specific). Any additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged.
  • Rancho reserves the right to charge any duties not paid to the original purchaser up to 24 months following delivery or attempted delivery.

 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We agree that the privacy of all personal information is important to individuals. All personal information collected to process and fulfil your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly in the control of the individual. We do not share any credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered. We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business. All information collected for Rancho is for the sole purpose and use of Rancho.

RETURNS,REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • All items purchased on www.ranchodesigns.com.au are able to be returned for exchange or voucher
  • Rancho offers a refund on full priced items only. Refunds are not offered for reduced/sale items except if the item you have received is faulty
  • Sale items can be returned for an exchange or voucher
  • All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item in new, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging
  • Your tax invoice/order number and email address are required fields when processing your return
  • Proof of purchase must be supplied for all exchanges, returns or repairs
  • Returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until your item is delivered to our warehouse
  • We highly recommend registering your return as this provides tracking and signature on delivery
  • If you have a faulty item, please contact us for shipping advice
  • Please notify us immediately if we have sent you the wrong item or your item is defective. Item must be returned to us within 14 days
  • Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor
